We were exceptionally busy in October.  Not only have we picked up some interesting instructions but the market, in particular for industrial properties is very good.  We have also been delighted by the interest we are continuing to get for a prime retail unit in the High Street, Banbury….more about that later!  We have delayed sending this for a week as we had expected our November Available Property list to be on-line, however due to a technical hitch, which I hope will be resolved in the next 48 hours, you will need to e-mail Properties@centre-p.co.uk to receive a copy by return.

Small Business Rate Relief

From the 1st April 2005 the Small Business Rate Relief scheme took effect. Under this scheme relief is available for ratepayers of some smaller properties, subject to a number of strict conditions. This scheme affects all properties with a rateable value below £15,000, with a varying degree of generosity! Those with a rateable value below £5,000 obtain the greatest benefit. Our instructions are to find a new tenant for this excellent showroom, with fantastic parking, located on Beaumont Road Industrial Estate, Banbury.
