Retail premises,
st1:Street>
We have instructions to offer an excellent lock-up unit,
at a rent of £11,000 per annum. The
current lease is one year into a three lease but a longer agreement is available
if required. For full details
please contact reception@centre-p.co.uk.
License Premises,
We have instructions to offer freehold with vacant
possession an existing public house with living accommodation which is now
surplus to our clients requirements.
We think this could continue to trade as a licensed property, may have
other potential uses such as a take-away or even, subject to the planners,
residential development.
For further information please contact reception@centre-p.co.uk.
Land Deddington
This is a fantastic piece of land…but the planners seem
to disagree that it has potential!
It is approximately 0.75 acres, is enclosed, on two sides by houses, one
side by industry , and one side by allotments. My clients are prepared to sell for
£120,000 + . For someone with money
to spare (or potentially a big tax bill) this will surely be an excellent
long-term investment…viewing is highly recommended. For further details please send your
full postal address to land@centre-p.co.uk.
We are pleased to be offering a ground floor unit of
approximately 1,000 sq ft for a term of years and a rent to be agreed. We would expect to obtain a rent level
in the region of £17 per square foot per annum. Details from reception@centre-p.co.uk
Fire Regulations 2006/License Premises
Act
Some of you may be aware the fire officers have now
written to all license premises holders reminding them of their liabilities. We
have spoken to the fire officers and they fully accept that they have a major
task on their hands to ensure that all license premises are meeting current fire
regulations, but they have started the process of inspecting all
properties and we would strongly recommend that you try and ensure you are
meeting these regulations prior to inspection. They do have very substantial
powers, which include the possible closure of premises without notice…we can
give advise on this matter, ignorance is going to be no excuse. The fire
officers are making it very clear that they will be taking their
responsibilities very seriously and will start carrying out inspections in the
near future.
Katharine House Hospice: Annual plant
sale
Bankier Sloan for the first time are sponsoring this
event due to take place at The Great Barn, Aynho, Nr Banbury on Tuesday
9th May 2006 from 10.30am - 3.30pm - entry is £2.50. Ian Sloan will
be happy to buy anyone who attends, and makes themselves known, a drink. We encourage local friends and clients
to come and support this excellent fundraising
event.
As many of you will have
read in our February Outlook we
promoted the availability of an investment known as
Last yard, Aynho
We have now let five secure yards at this location and
have just one left. This is
available on a new lease at around £8,000 per annum and will be available as
from 1st July (we think we have a short term / temporary let for 2
months on this site!).
This development is progressing well and the units are
expected to be complete by June. Self contained ground floor offices of 1,000 sq
ft are being constructed, along with 1,500 sq ft and 3,000 sq ft units. Our
instructions are to obtain good rents from established companies. We are looking
for secure leases of six or nine years. We believe these will be of interest to
professional practices who may currently have premises in central Banbury and
who have come to appreciate that they do not need to be located in the town
centre. Details via Apollo@centre-p.co.uk.
…some other rural offices :
Deddington - £120 per week
(fully serviced). Swerford - £70
per week. Wolston, nr
Zone A,
We have recently reached an agreement with an existing
tenant on a lease renewal due to take place in September 2006 (yes I mean
2006!). For those who are interested we have a Zone A set at approximately
£33.00 per sq ft. Within a fortnight we hope to have a Zone A information sheet
available. If interested please e-mail zoneA@centre-p.co.uk.
After nearly 2 years this is nearly agreed! We will be offering details of this
agreement to anyone interested.
Please e-mail reception@centre-p.co.uk
Available Properties
We are constantly getting new instructions to sell and
offer on lease properties throughout
the region. Full details of
these properties are not posted on our web-site but are available on request by
e-mail via availableproperties@centre-p.co.uk. We will attempt to find you a suitable property for
your requirements. As some
information is best sent by traditional post we would appreciate your full
postal address.
